My name is Stine

and I have been designing and sewing bears for more than 20 years.

I have since childhood loved stuffed (and live) animals, but it was 20 years ago that I learned that I could make bears myself. I have always been creative and 25 years ago I got interested in miniatures. My husband made me a huge dolls house and we had great fun furnishing this. Then after a few years a member of the dolls house club told me about making bears - and I was sold!

At first I made large bears and I started attending shows in England, Germany, Holland, Sweden, and Denmark. However for the last about 5 years I have been making miniature bears, and I still do.

I live in a house in the outskirts of an old oak forrest with my husband through 50 years and our little poodle, Liva.
